Hi, I am a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin, United States. My research focuses on computational design of novel devices and materials, device physics & modeling, memory design. Currently, I am investigating material systems for low power applications. My PhD work involved assessment of MOS transistors for low power capacitorless dynamic memory.
